Mo Electrode and Water Jacket

The electrode, made through powder metallurgy technics, is formed in sheet and bar through forge and surface improvement when its density reaches 10.2 g/cm3.Since it starts to oxidize at 700¡æ, Mo should be used with cooling equipment i.e. a water jacket so that no leakage occurs within one kiln period.

End Socket & Bushings

They are the irreplaceable moulds for glass tubes including solar energy collecting tubes and vacuum tubes. The bushing whose material can replace platinum is an important tool to produce glass fibre.

Press Roll

Made from high Ni-Cr alloy and has life time morethan 5000 hr.
